Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • Certain personal care or hygiene items may not be eligible for return (due to health/safety regulations).

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email returns@wninzy.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and provide instructions within 1-2 business days.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us (address will be provided).

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault from our side.

Exchange:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
